Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payments. No refunds apply.

2. Paid Plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise)

All paid plans are billed on a per-user basis, either monthly or annually. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing period.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. This applies to first-time purchases only. To request a refund, contact us at contact@sv-dev.com.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After that, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing month.

6. Downgrades

When downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on the current plan.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your organization settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription expires, after which it may be permanently deleted.
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the retention period.

8. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@sv-dev.com with your account email and organization name. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
